Jerry received his undergraduate education from Benedictine College. He obtained his law degree from Washburn University. He is married with three daughters and five grandchildren. Jerry is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Wisconsin and is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Nebraska. Jerry is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court and the United States 7th and 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has tried over 150 jury trials in State and Federal Court and has argued more than 65 appeals to the Nebraska Supreme Court and 20 appeals to the United States 8th Circuit of Appeals.
